A tall task! A fabulous family wedding was planned and everyone was to be included. Intimate details were exchanged and it was important that everyone was happy and apparently it all met with approval!
A lovely family deserves a lovely cake!

This cute top cake is embellished with the Chinese symbol for love. Clean and sharp, just like the Samurai sword that the groom was reputedly using to cut it with! Ouch!
A perfect solution, a more affordable and edible version of a Jimmy Choo with a shoe box full of chocolate cake to top it off!
I don’t think those tumbling sweets lasted too long! A treasure trove of goodies if ever there was one.
A Fabulous, Fun cake for a young man turning Forty….. and celebrating in style! Jason is a keen skier and his lovely wife ordered an appropriate cake for the Big Event, little did she know that it no longer needed to be set in the Alps as the snow outside their front door is just as deep this week.
My Princess Castle cake in darker, more mature colours! May we all stay young enough at heart to never grow tired of magical cakes like this one.
Having recently made the Boy Version of this cake I wanted to recapture the ever popular Girl Version. Deliciously, indulgently female in every way!

Fire Engine
I loved every minute or should I say each of the several hours of making this cake. As it took shape it became even more addictive. It is based on the cheeky Debbie Brown version from her book Naughty Cakes but I kept this one clean! It was ordered by a lady who needed to call on the services of the fire brigade recently and wanted to say thank you to them and what better way than with a cake! Once more, I am going to have difficulty parting with this one.
