Wedding Cakes

Pretty pastel wedding cake all set up at Parley Manor. The setting is perfect for an English Summer Wedding but when you then add pink and blue delphiniums and metres and metres of handmade bunting then it is nothing short of perfect!

Pretty as a picture, 40 double chocolate and doughnut cupcakes on a purrple trimmed stand for a small and intimate wedding celebration at Les Bouviers restaurant near Wimborne, Dorset.

Simply delicious!!

This statuesque Beauty went off to Rhinefield House in the New Forest last week to the wedding of Chloe and Morris. An Anglo/ Italian union and a glamourous cake was ordered for the event. I really, really loved this cake, yes, I know I always say that, but I was really, really sad to part with it.

Luckily, as usual, it was photographed in great detail so I could remember it fondly!

I set up this eye catching cupcake tower on Saturday at the Langton Arms in Tarrant Monkton, deep in the heart of the Dorset Countryside. The marquee was set up in the most quintessentially English style, just beautiful.

Sometimes a room is just asking for a certain cake and this room was calling The Black Beauty’s name loud and clear!

Bride and Groom, wedded bliss and chocolate. How much more perfect could a day get!?

The truly fabulous Captain’s Club at Christchurch all set up for a wedding. What better cake to select than the black and white stencilled cake, the decor is just asking for this cake. You know how I love it when they so conveniently match!

A tall task! A fabulous family wedding was planned and everyone was to be included. Intimate details were exchanged and it was important that everyone was happy and apparently it all met with approval!

A lovely family deserves a lovely cake!

I always say that although this is my most popular cake it never, ever, ever  goes out twice looking the same. Every bride puts her own stamp on it and makes it truly unique for her special day. This time it was trimmed in pink with pink gems and pearls added to the top ornament. Sparkling and pretty, all dressed up and somewhere very definite to go!

It travelled to the most breathtaking venue I have ever seen. A manor house in the heart of the Purbecks complete with a long sweeping driveway, clipped lawns and gothic archways. The wedding was unspeakably English, a marquee on the lawn with sunshine booked and delivered.
